Lets Work Together

In order to give you a quotation for works where structural alteration is involved; we require the items listed below:

  • Architectural plans for planning permission

  • Full architectural plans showing design details, otherwise known as working drawings (usually supplied by architect or engineer)

  • Structural drawings & calculations (from structural engineer)

  • Building Regulations approval from Local Authority or AI (Approved Inspector)

We can co-ordinate the process of acquiring these on your behalf using our reputable architects and engineers or you can organise these items ahead of contacting us with regards to pricing the construction phase of your project. Having these items available will enable us to estimate your project accurately. We can also provide a consultation service to give input into buildability throughout the design period, working along side the architect.

Our initial estimate and high level breakdown will help to establish whether our price aligns with your budget. If the cost is accepted, we will formalise the quotation and produce a detailed schedule of works as well as a payment schedule. Once the schedule of works and payment schedule is formally agreed, we will confirm a start date and mobilise upon payment of the initial deposit.

Please Note: In order to quote for projects where structural alteration is required, we will require detailed working drawings as well as structural drawings and calculations.  We cannot price accurately using only architectural plans (used to obtain planning permission).
